OUR mission

Our mission has always been to be deliberately diverse, both in the stories we tell, the on-screen talent we work with and the contributors and production talent we collaborate with. We seek to elevate stories and communities who have fallen through the cracks in the pavement and create a shop window for talent, creativity and excellence.  We are dedicated to finding and nurturing new talent and new voices from under-represented groups, as well as developing stories which are told from a new, and often surprising, perspective. We are passionate about representing the diversity of our audience, whatever genre we are working in.
